By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below

Terms may be negotiated prior to payment

I. GENERAL TERMS• Please communicate in a clear and respectful manner
• Provide neat references, not a wall of text (Brief personality descriptions are acceptable)
• Do not request that the commission be drawn in another artist’s style
• Unprofessional or disrespectful behavior may result in cancellation without refund
• Provide, at minimal, the following information in your inquiry
- Commission Type
- Character Reference(s)
- Payment Method
• If you fail to provide proper information, I have the right to decline your order

II. PAYMENT• All commissions must be paid in full, upfront
• Exchange rate adjustments may apply to non-USD payments
• Payments can be made through PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp

III. PROCESS• Work In Progress (WIP) snapshots can be provided at the commissioner’s request
• WIPs may also be sent at liberty to confirm details
• Completion time may vary depending on commission volume, complexity, and personal circumstances

IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION• Once the final version has been approved, only minor changes will be allowed free of charge (including, but not limited to, color alterations or adding smaller details)
• It is recommended that any major changes are requested before approval of the sketch/lineart
• Major changes requested after approval may cost extra depending on the change's complexity (includeing, but not limited to, full alterations to outfits or backgrounds)

V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYOwnership
• I, the artist, retain full copyright to the artwork
• I may use the artwork for portfolio, promotion, and personal display
• The artwork will not be resold commercially by the artist unless otherwise agreed or in cases of revoked rights due to policy violationPersonal Use (Included With Commission)
The commissioner may:
• Use the artwork for personal use only
• Post the artwork with proper credit
• Print the artwork for personal use
• Claim ownership of their character(s), but not the artwork itselfProhibited Without Permission
The following is considered copyright infringement:
• Commercial use without purchasing a commercial license
• Claiming authorship of the artwork
• Removing watermarks/signatures
• Major alterations without consent
• Minting as NFTs, blockchain assets, or sublicensingViolation of these terms will result in immediate revocation of usage rightsCommercial Reproduction Rights (Add-On)
Commercial rights allow the commissioner to use the artwork for revenue-generating purposes (e.g., merchandise, monetized content, promotional materials)
• Pricing varies depending on intended use
• The artist retains copyright unless a full buyout is agreed upon
• Alteration, resale of the original file, NFT minting, or sublicensing is not permitted unless explicitly stated
• Proper credit is required

VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY• The artist reserves the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time
• The commissioner may cancel before work has begun
• Once work has started, refunds are not guaranteed and may be partial depending on progress
• Filing a chargeback without prior communication may result in revocation of usage rights
• In cases of chargeback or fraud, the artist reserves the right to resell or repurpose the artwork
• Clients who violate these terms may be refused service in the future
